We are proficient in handling matters involving the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016. Our approach to IBC matters involves understanding the clients’ end goal followed by evaluating legal options to put together the strategy most suitable to the client.

Our IBC mandates cover the spectrum of disputes starting with pre-litigation advice, filing of claims, and handling of the case through its lifecycle, including litigation before the NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts and the Supreme Court. We represent all stakeholders including creditors, debtors, claimants, and liquidators.

Legal advice and representation services to a Bengaluru-based real estate business in proceedings for default initiated by a non-banking financial company as a financial creditor before the National Company Law Tribunal.

Represented one of India’s largest manufacturers of batteries and related products in proceedings for default initiated by a creditor-NBFC as a financial creditor before the NCLT under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
